We apologize if there was an issue with your testing kit. Please follow this procedure to get a replacement sent out:
Submit photo evidence of the issue with your kit, including unique identifiers such as the lot number on an antigen test or the barcode on a PCR Test. Once this has been reviewed one of our team members will authorize a replacement to be sent to your original address. If there is any missing information, or we are not able to identify the test, then we will not be able to send out a replacement kit.
