No refunds or returns available
We do not process refunds on non-returnable medical items such as rapid antigen tests. This is because of the nature of the product being medical related and customisable with a unique barcode being generated as soon as a purchase has been placed.
Once an order is placed it will be shipped out the next working day and cannot be returned for a refund, regardless of the time the cancellation was requested.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal healthcare goods such as rapid antigen tests.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will only be able to process your order if you waive your right to cancel pursuant to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We strongly recommend that you take independent advice upon your rights before placing your order. By placing your order, you are confirming that your right to cancel has been waived and you are giving us an express request to carry out the service you have ordered in the requested timeframe. As I make an express request for a result to be guaranteed to me within the date and time I have chosen I understand that this service is non-refundable at the time of booking. I further understand that if my test cannot go ahead due to changes in regulations, government policies, changes to airline policies or changes to your own travel plans or anything out of your control, I can contact you to discuss and you have full and unfettered discretion as to whether a partial credit note gesture of goodwill can be issued to me.
