- Sampling kits are sent through Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery.
- Kits will arrive the next day if ordered before 2:00 PM.
- Samples must be swabbed at home by the client using our sampling guide.
- Please fill up the declaration form that you have received along with your test kit, and ensure the details are correct, as the certificate will be sent to the email address mentioned on the form.
- Samples, along with declaration form must be returned back to the laboratory using our paid-for returned envelope.
- Please ensure to take a picture of the return label, as you can track the delivery of your samples to our lab.
- Samples are processed within 24 hours once received in the laboratory.
- Results are sent to the e-mail address mentioned in the declaration form.
